We want you to love your Threadheads gear, so we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. If your fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, we'll help you get sorted with an exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and still have the tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
